I could not have enough nice words to say about Colin. We were first time homebuyers and Colin was so knowledgeable and patient with my husband and myself. We got a foreclosure property and he knew how to handle that situation efficiently and effectively (got us a Fanny Mae property in WAY less time than it typically happens because we needed to close quickly). Colin still sends us Christmas/Holiday cards, Birthday cards - we have truly made a friend and feel like we know him personally. He shows he is invested in each of his clients - both professionally and personally. You will absolutely, 100% not regret working with him. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
